Feedback on Unpleasant Sales Experience June 14, around 2:45 PM I visited your outlet on June 14, around 2:45 PM, with my father, who was planning to purchase a pair of shoes. During the checkout process, I casually mentioned that the same item appeared to be cheaper on Shopee due to ongoing promotions. The sales staff who attended to us, a young Chinese female, responded rudely and unprofessionally. She immediately remarked, “Shopee items are usually outlet stocks,” then took the shoes, threw them back onto the counter, and walked away abruptly, leaving us standing at the cashier with no further assistance or explanation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially coming from a frontline staff member. As a large and reputable company, I believe you should place strong emphasis on staff training, particularly in customer service and professional conduct. Customers should never be made to feel disrespected or dismissed. This is a sincere piece of feedback, not just for management to take note of, but also as a side note for the staff involved: "If managing your attitude or temper is a challenge, perhaps frontline customer service isn’t the right fit. Courtesy and respect are the minimum standards in any retail interaction. Otherwise, stay home and be a princess!" I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps prevent similar situations for future customers.

The manager took my feedback for improvement. I appreciated it.

The owner, referred to as 'Auntie' or the Korean boss, is very rude. The food is not even good, and she only accepts cashless payments and exact cash, even though her server staff said I could pay with cash. The bill was $15.15, but she wanted $15.20 instead. She wouldn't even give you back the 5 cents because she said she had no change. Yet, she had an entire can of cash at the cash register. I know she's busy, but she doesn't even bother treating her customers well. Do not patronise this place. Expensive food with a stuck-up boss.

Delicious and affordable Korean food! They have set lunches (with an additional discount for students), free-flow drinks, sides, and even popcorn! Would recommend their fried chicken.

Definitely a fun place to have dinner. They've opened a new outlet at Punggol Coast Mall. It's a pet-friendly cafe and is self-service. The staff are friendly and will help allocate us to proper seating. Be careful of the stairs, as some people almost tripped while bringing food up.

Here's the lightly edited review: "We had dinner there last night and, unfortunately, left quite disappointed—primarily due to two aspects: the ordering system and the service. Customers are required to place their orders through an online system, after which they must proceed to the counter to make payment and collect a buzzer. This process feels unnecessarily fragmented. Wouldn't it be more efficient to either allow online payment with message notifications when orders are ready, or simply let customers order, pay, and collect the buzzer all at the counter? We understand that it's a self-service restaurant with no service charge (a fact made clear by the staff when we were seated), and that customers are expected to return their own cutlery and dinnerware. However, when it comes to handling hot items like a hotpot, basic assistance or proper tools should be provided. We ordered an army stew and cold noodles. Since the pot would remain hot after the meal, I had to turn off the stove mid-meal to allow it to cool down before we could safely return it ourselves. To add to that, we were asked to collect the stove ourselves before the meal, which was quite unexpected. Another point worth noting is that, unlike most Korean restaurants that serve tea or at least provide water, this place doesn’t. When I asked if there was free water, the staff simply said, “No, you have to buy the drinks.” I thanked her and moved on, but it left an impression. Finally, when we were returning our tray and dishes, the staff stationed at the collection point didn’t offer to assist or even make the process slightly more convenient. She merely said, “You can just put it there,” while pointing to the trolley. That moment summed up the entire experience for us. We won’t be returning. The service was lacking, and the food was just passable."

Very chic, cool atmosphere with nice decor, tables, chairs, and self-serve food (very unique). Order total: $78++ (expensive but unique experience). Kimchi Pancake: $16.90 (Very crispy, but I feel the chili sauce complements it a bit strangely). Kimbap: Unique Korean rice roll with crispy chicken, egg, and cucumber $9.90. Ginseng Chicken Soup: $29.90 (Well-cooked chicken broth, and the chicken almost melts in the mouth). Tofu Stew: $17.90 (Yummy, spicy soup with silky tofu, prawn, egg, and flower clam).

A slightly pricey yet tasty Korean spot that’s also pet-friendly, perfect for dining out with your furry friend. The food is flavorful and well-executed, justifying the higher price point. Do note that it’s fully self-service: ordering, payment, and tray returns are all self-service, so don’t expect table service. Still, a great option if you enjoy Korean food and don’t mind a casual, hands-on experience.

Here's an edited version of the review: We picked this place for lunch. It's a cozy and well-decorated Korean eatery. It also has a separate, pet-friendly dining space. Ordering is done via a QR code provided on the table. They do have set lunches, but we opted for ala-carte instead. For two to share, we ordered Carbonara Korean Fried Chicken, Kimchi Pancake, Jjajangmyeon, Egg Roll, an Earl Grey Milk Latte (No Coffee), and Red Date Tea. After payment at the cashier, we were given a buzzer for self-collection. We were also directed to help ourselves to the banchan (kimchi, macaroni, and cucumber) and the free popcorn provided. The buzzer went off after about a 15-minute wait. Dishes were ready one after another, at intervals of a couple of minutes. Portions were big, befitting the cost of each dish. The food tasted really good. None of it dropped below our expectations; we totally enjoyed the food. The Earl Grey Milk Latte was slightly lacking, as the Earl Grey flavor was not quite strong enough to be enjoyed. After finishing our meal, we had to clear our own dishes back to the clearing point. Service-wise, I gave 3 stars. The staff were friendly, but aside from being led to the table and payment at the cashier, there was no other interaction. They also do not have a service charge. The environment was good overall, other than the slightly overpowering air conditioning. I will definitely return for their army stew and other menu items.
