Had a memorable dining experience here. Not only did the food taste great, but the service was also truly outstanding. I am especially grateful to Aisha, who is very kind and amiable. Would definitely come here again soon!
Very nice environment, staff are friendly and helpful, food is good as usual, and I love the airy, spacious layout of the restaurant. Order through a QR code on the table, and for takeaway, there are kiosks on the left side. Food is good as usual, definitely better than the Sukiya in Malaysia by a billion times. Singapore has maintained standards for all its Sukiya outlets!
Easy to locate and access carpark from the main road. Look out for the blue carpark signage to get there. Escalators lead up to the mall at Level 1 and the MRT.
Staff were really friendly in letting me know where to get the bread tray. It’s kind of weird to locate the bread tray right by the cashier, rather than placing it nearer to the entrance.
Here's an edited version:
Very cramped and poor service. Food and bread were okay. The SG60 bun promotion's limit was unclear: was it one per transaction or per day?
If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would. I'm only leaving this one pathetic star just to warn others.
Absolutely disgusting experience at Playmade Punggol Coast. Today, I went and got chased out by the blonde-haired staff member even though we were already inside the shop and queuing well before closing time. No shouting, but his tone and body language were clear, as if to say: “We’ve closed, get out.” Unbelievable.
What’s the point of keeping your doors open and letting customers queue, only to shove them out like unwanted pests? The entire staff stood there looking displeased, like we were a burden just for showing up. Is this how Playmade operates now? Zero professionalism. Zero customer care. Just pure laziness and bad attitude.
And let’s be real—the staff will 100% lie and deny if anyone from management even bothers to ask. But honestly, I doubt Playmade’s management will lift a finger.
If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. But sadly, Google forces me to give at least one pathetic star just to post this. Keep running your outlet like this and I promise you—it won’t stay open much longer.
