Here's an edited version: Very cramped and poor service. Food and bread were okay. The SG60 bun promotion's limit was unclear: was it one per transaction or per day?

BreadTalk is a distinctive, award-winning Singaporean bakery chain that revolutionized bread consumption with creativity and innovation. Founded in 2000 by Dr. George Quek, an aspiring artist turned entrepreneur, BreadTalk began with a simple belief that "each bread has its own story to tell." The first outlet opened at Parco Bugis Junction on July 1, 2000, and within just three years, it became one of Singapore's largest bakery chains.Based on 5 reviews

Staff were really friendly in letting me know where to get the bread tray. Itโs kind of weird to locate the bread tray right by the cashier, rather than placing it nearer to the entrance.

Good selection of bread. I gave feedback to the cashier about improving customer flow by placing the tray and tongs at the entrance instead of beside the cashier, especially since the aisles are narrow.

It was newly opened with an opening special. The place is clean, but a tad small and confined, unlike other Bread Talk outlets, which are more roomy. Nonetheless, I'm happy it's finally open so I can grab my bread fix.
