My esthetician was gentle and incredibly knowledgeable—she explained every step and ensured the products were suited for my skin type. Accompanied my wife to the newly renovated Punggol Coast mall, and she wanted to try this facial. We chatted with the friendly staff, and the facial was priced affordably at $68. There was no hard selling. There are also free travel-size gifts now, as a welcome gift. They're great to bring for an overseas holiday. Worth it.

I had the PerfectLab treatment at SKIN MOMO last weekend, and my skin still feels super hydrated! I really like the clinic's interior; it's clean and tidy too. I loved that the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is that there were no pushy sales at all. It was just a chill and pleasant experience. I can foresee myself returning soon for more treatments!

Went for the sensitive facial range treatment (CICA LAB) after analyzing my skin with the lab advisor, Shirnee. She took great care to help me analyze my skin issues and recommended accordingly. During the treatment, I was impressed by the treatment bed. It's not an ordinary bed like in most facial centers. This automatic bed can be adjusted to my preferred position, which is helpful since I have back issues. Furthermore, you won't feel cold because the bed is self-heating. This is beneficial when the treatment is long. The therapist, June, was experienced and patient, explaining the process as she went along. I was also very satisfied with the cleanliness of my treatment area and the shop. I could see my face was much brighter and hydrated after just one treatment. I'm happy with the results. Highly recommended to give it a try.

Amazing to say, it's actually one of the best facial experiences I've had in a while. The bed was nice and comfy. I can definitely see improvement in my skin's dryness, feeling more hydrated and plumped. The eye treatment was good too; I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. Thank you! ☺️

Stopped by Skin Momo at Punggol Coast Mall with my wife and tried their facial in the couple's room. The experience was great: friendly staff, a relaxing massage with a heated bed, and we both saw good results. I even got a complimentary personalized add-on, and I chose the LED light therapy, which I've always wanted to try. All of this for just $128! Very reasonable for the quality. Definitely worth checking out.

March 20th, food received at 8 PM after waiting 44 minutes. My order was: 1 burger, a rendang meal, cheese fries, and ice apple tea. It was a simple order, and I waited 44 minutes for it with no apology. Only after voicing my wait a second time, after 40 minutes, did the manager check with the kitchen. The service was thoroughly poor, likely from the manager, Lizzie, I think? My order disappeared from the board after waiting 15 minutes. When I approached after an extra 5 minutes, she told me to wait, but multiple burger and special orders ahead of me were prepared first. She didn't check the order and realized the one burger I ordered hadn't been prepared for 40 minutes. I later only received my cheese fries, apple drink, and rendang tendergrill chicken after waiting 44 minutes. I was fasting, and because of her lack of concern for my order, I had to wait 44 minutes before I could break my fast. Please address your manager's competency. The kitchen staff preparing the food was fast, but the front desk preparation and the lack of concern from the manager were the issue. Even the inexperienced staff manning the drinks checked my order three times, but the manager only bothered after I voiced my concerns twice.
