Great taste and good service. I love their ice cream too. My only complaint is that they have just one order kiosk, and some people take a very long time. It would be great if they had at least one more ordering kiosk.

I usually don’t buy this type of drink because they're expensive and not really my preference. However, since there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer, I decided to give it a try. I thought the drinks were okay, but not something I would pay full price for. Service was good.

"The green grape tea is so bad! It’s so bitter; I have no idea how they made it that way. My mum tried it and said it tasted like medicine. Even the grapes absorbed the tea and became bitter. I threw the whole cup away. The white peach oolong was also bitter. The milk teas are okay. I'm not sure if it was their first day, which is why the standard was so bad, but I expected better from Playmade."

As a non-tech person, managing tech gadgets, such as changing cell phones, can be a challenge. Therefore, it was with trepidation that I proceeded to upgrade my cell phone to the iPhone 16 Plus. Thankfully, I met a professional who was patient, considerate, and knowledgeable. Tiffany of Singtel Exclusive Retailer (G Force Network) @ Punggol Coast Mall was present to guide me through the process. She also, on her own initiative, assisted me in transferring data/information from my old phone to the new one. In addition, she made appropriate recommendations so that the new iPhone could be utilized sustainably. Thank you, Tiffany, for the excellent service and experience!

I visited the outlet on May 5th, 2025, at around 11 am. I was having difficulties with an online order and kept getting error messages non-stop, so I decided to head down to this outlet. To my pleasant surprise, I was served by the most professional and polite salesperson in probably Singtel history. This particular salesperson's name was Melvin. Melvin was super helpful, warm, and welcoming. He knew exactly what to do and was able to attend to all of my queries as well. He showed me all the possible options I had and was extremely patient. Thank you so much, Melvin, for the help, and I hope Singtel recognizes that they have a good staff!

The shop is clean, tucked away in a corner of the new Punggol Coast shopping mall. I purchased a new mobile phone here, and I must say Tiffany's service was excellent. She patiently explained the differences between the models and gave me the space to make my own decision. Big thumbs up for Tiffany!

First time at Punggol Coast Mall. My friend introduced me to this Singtel outlet! The service is excellent! Both Melvin and Wallace are not only friendly and knowledgeable, but they also have a lot of patience with customers, especially seniors. I strongly recommend them 👍👍👍
