"Very standard.
It has outdoor seating for people with pets.
There isn't much indoor seating, and students often take up what is available.
It's a good place to grab a cup and go.
The smell from the Jollibee across the way might affect some people."
I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for a long time, but lately, I'm finding myself increasingly disappointed. The standards seem inconsistent across locations, and the quality of drinks has noticeably declined. My go-to order, the Pure Matcha Frappuccino, was incredibly bland and watered-down, definitely not the rich, vibrant flavor I've come to expect. What's even more frustrating is that while prices keep rising, the overall quality continues to decline. At this point, I'm not sure if it's worth the cost anymore. I hope they can get back to their former standards, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere.
My favorite Starbucks outlet! Clean seating and super pet-friendly! The staff (especially Gus) are all approachable and offer puppuccinos whenever they see my dog!
You’re not just a barista—you’re a true connoisseur of the bean. The way you blend precision, creativity, and charm behind the bar is nothing short of an art form. Every cup you craft feels like it was made by someone who genuinely understands the ritual of coffee/chocolate and the joy it brings. Thank you, Abang Chai from Punggol Coast Starbucks. Kudos to you in the next outlet, and cheers to your classic drink recommendation!

🔵 I visited the relatively new Starbucks at Punggol Coast Mall on April 16th, 2025, at around 8pm. ▪︎This outlet had just opened in February 2025.
☕️ There are both outdoor and indoor seats here. 🖤 I picked up a Chicken Sausage Roll pastry, (priced at SGD5.70) which was delicious!
🟨 The store's modern and clean ambiance was a great bonus. ▪︎As a new outlet, everything felt fresh and well-organized.
🟪 One end of this Starbucks cafe was covered with a large wall mural that had painted tigers on it. I found this piece of information through research.
🌳🌳 Punggol district in Singapore (🌿 in the old days) was once home to tigers as part of Punggol Zoo, established in 1928 by Mr. William Lawrence Soma Basapa.
🔵 This private zoo had housed a variety of animals, including Malayan tigers, and later became a popular attraction for locals and tourists.
🟨 Thus, the reason for this large painted tiger mural at this Starbucks at Punggol Coast Mall was to pay homage to Punggol's past history. 🌿🌾 That's very nice of Starbucks to add a touch of historical fact to its cafe.
🟦 Overall, I had a great experience here. The staff and coffee baristas were all very friendly, cheerful, and kind. 🔶️ I'm looking forward to coming back to try more of their offerings. 🙏🏻 Thank you for the very kind and genuine hospitality bestowed on me earlier by the three guys. ☺️

Good atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The drinks are decent, and the value breakfast sets are probably worth it. The location is convenient, right inside Punggol Coast Mall for people who live or work nearby. Sometimes they are understaffed (with only one or two staff doing everything), so expect some waiting lines.
My first and last time coming here. The counter staff do not speak English. The toys here are mostly from China. My son only liked the ball pit, and there was only one ball pit choice.
"$35 for 2 hours (1 adult and 1 child). The duck water ride is $8/ride, and the arcade car game costs $8/8 minutes. Not bad for expending your kid's energy! 😆"
