Also, Alson did an eye test on me, and he was very friendly, and the process was very professional. They truly made the experience enjoyable! Ralph was very helpful and friendly. He spent a lot of time helping and explaining things to us. He adjusted my spectacles after I commented that they kept slipping down my nose, even though the spectacles were made at another Lenskart branch months ago. He also changed the nose pads for free. Amazing service!
