Newly opened outlet with soft pink retro vibes, cozy and great for meals or a "kopi" break. I tried the outlet-exclusive Pink Kaya Toast (available until May 27) and also had the mee rebus, curry chicken, and a few cakes. All the usual Toast Box comfort food. The Lychee Rose Dream drink was a refreshing twist.

Opening special! I bought a Teh C for takeaway. The drink is consistent with other outlets. I will try the mains soon.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food. Customers who arrived after us were already served, and while queue number 144 was being called, ours—131—still hadn’t been. The food was ridiculously overpriced for the portion size. The prawn mee was overly salty, and the Hainanese pork rice had barely any meat—just a mound of rice covering the plate. We paid $26 for 2 drinks, 1 small cake, and 2 shockingly small mains. Stick to their drinks or toast—skip the mains. It's a nice spot to chill and enjoy the vibe, though.

The food is quite bad.

The staff were extremely rude. All three staff members were rude.

I usually don’t buy this type of drink because they're expensive and not really my preference. However, since there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer, I decided to give it a try. I thought the drinks were okay, but not something I would pay full price for. Service was good.

"The green grape tea is so bad! It’s so bitter; I have no idea how they made it that way. My mum tried it and said it tasted like medicine. Even the grapes absorbed the tea and became bitter. I threw the whole cup away. The white peach oolong was also bitter. The milk teas are okay. I'm not sure if it was their first day, which is why the standard was so bad, but I expected better from Playmade."

First customer, first cup of the day, and it was done so badly :( Most inconsistent playmade outlet! The chrysanthemum milk tea tasted so bad today, super diluted, and I couldn't taste the milkiness. The chrysanthemum pearls also tasted off today, like plain pearls. Basically, it felt like I was drinking chrysanthemum MILK but not CHRYSANTHEMUM MILK TEA. I’m familiar with the taste, as it’s my go-to, but today was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. It is usually more fragrant with the tea taste. I also bought the gelato omakase ice cream, but the serving was half of what I got the day before... super disappointed. I also want to add that there was ice built up within the walls of the freezer. Some of it melted out and flowed into the 85% DARK CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM (you can see an obvious stream of white on the ice cream) – nasty af. I hope their standards will improve, else do not visit.

Great taste and good service. I love their ice cream too. My only complaint is that they have just one order kiosk, and some people take a very long time. It would be great if they had at least one more ordering kiosk.
