A cozy, great place to satisfy your Korean food cravings together with your pet doggu!! ☺️ Staff and lady boss were really friendly too!!

The owner, referred to as 'Auntie' or the Korean boss, is very rude. The food is not even good, and she only accepts cashless payments and exact cash, even though her server staff said I could pay with cash. The bill was $15.15, but she wanted $15.20 instead. She wouldn't even give you back the 5 cents because she said she had no change. Yet, she had an entire can of cash at the cash register. I know she's busy, but she doesn't even bother treating her customers well. Do not patronise this place. Expensive food with a stuck-up boss.

Don't bother bringing your pets to dine here. First of all, only 6 tables were designated for groups with pets, and not all groups seated at the pet-friendly area had pets. So, be aware that you will likely have to wait as they do not have a separate queue for that area. I went there at 7 p.m. and was told by a skinny male staff member in a polo shirt that it was going to be a long wait. I asked if we had to wait there or if we could come back later, to which he told us to come back in 40 minutes and that we wouldn't have to rejoin the queue. He even suggested that once the tables were available, he would give us a call. I thought that was very nice of him (I was wrong). We came back about half an hour later to an empty table and asked if it was for us. He told us that he did not mention anything about reserving a table for us. And since not everyone from our party was present at that moment (some of us were just waiting nearby), he proceeded to let in another group that had just arrived. When asked why he had even bothered asking for our number, he insisted that he would only call if there was no one waiting in the queue (which there was no one when that table became available). Of course, we left immediately, and therefore, my 1-star review is solely about the service and not about the food. So, take this review as you will, but I will definitely not be patronizing this place again.

I recently had the incredible pleasure of experiencing the RadianceLab facial at Skin Momo, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was calming and inviting, setting the stage for a truly luxurious skincare journey. The RadianceLab facial itself is a revelation. The deep cleansing left my pores feeling incredibly clear and my skin feeling refreshed, while the thermal mist with the Super Extractor was surprisingly comfortable, perfectly preparing my skin for the rest of the treatment. But the real magic happened with the targeted infusion of potent active ingredients and the freshly mixed, skin-specific mask. It felt like every step was precisely tailored to my skin's needs. After the session, my complexion was visibly transformed. Skin Momo's RadianceLab is more than just a facial; it's a personalized, pampering experience that delivers visible results. If you're looking to refresh, nourish, and bring out your most luminous skin yet, I wholeheartedly recommend the RadianceLab at Skin Momo. You won't be disappointed!

Came across this place by chance, and I have no regrets. Excellent facial service by June. I thoroughly enjoyed the session with her. Will definitely come back for another treatment.

Dedicated and professional team. My wife and I are on our third session with them, and we do see and feel improvement in our skin conditions after each session. Definitely a go-to if you'd like to get a quality facial service.

I went for a facial and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and product quality, especially since I booked it at a promotional price. The staff were very skilled and friendly throughout, with no hard selling. I also noticed they offer IPL services, and I'll be back to try them next time.

Good atmosphere, not crowded even on weekends, so if you're in the Punggol area, you may give it a shot. However, it's loud because there were lots of kids screaming, which is to be expected in an area with many young families. We ordered the beef noodle without beef, which still had a nice beef taste in the soup. The pork XLB is a crowd favorite and won't go wrong, so we ordered a basket of 10. The sweet and sour pork was 10/10 – very crispy and delicious; we lapped it up. Then we ordered two orders of fried rice: the shrimp and the pork chop variants. Both were delicious. Overall, it was a good meal, 10/10 in all areas, including service and environment!

Conveniently located within the Punggol Digital District, next to the MRT station. Clean, bright interior, with a spacious layout. We came by on a weekday for dinner, and there was not much of a crowd. The crew were, as usual, well-trained, polite, and friendly. Food was not bad. Do try their xiao long bao, especially the sesame mochi one. Will come back again soon.

Great hospitality from the service crew even with my naughty children around. I really appreciate the kind gesture from the Cashier Qiaoyee for promptly splitting up my bill into multiple receipts because my kids wanted to play in the bouncy castle. My kids love the xiaolongbao as always.
