"We had dinner there last night and, unfortunately, left quite disappointedâprimarily due to two aspects: the ordering system and the service.
Customers are required to place their orders through an online system, after which they must proceed to the counter to make payment and collect a buzzer. This process feels unnecessarily fragmented. Wouldn't it be more efficient to either allow online payment with message notifications when orders are ready, or simply let customers order, pay, and collect the buzzer all at the counter?
We understand that it's a self-service restaurant with no service charge (a fact made clear by the staff when we were seated), and that customers are expected to return their own cutlery and dinnerware. However, when it comes to handling hot items like a hotpot, basic assistance or proper tools should be provided. We ordered an army stew and cold noodles. Since the pot would remain hot after the meal, I had to turn off the stove mid-meal to allow it to cool down before we could safely return it ourselves. To add to that, we were asked to collect the stove ourselves before the meal, which was quite unexpected.
Another point worth noting is that, unlike most Korean restaurants that serve tea or at least provide water, this place doesnât. When I asked if there was free water, the staff simply said, âNo, you have to buy the drinks.â I thanked her and moved on, but it left an impression.
Finally, when we were returning our tray and dishes, the staff stationed at the collection point didnât offer to assist or even make the process slightly more convenient. She merely said, âYou can just put it there,â while pointing to the trolley. That moment summed up the entire experience for us.
We wonât be returning. The service was lacking, and the food was just passable."
The owner, referred to as 'Auntie' or the Korean boss, is very rude. The food is not even good, and she only accepts cashless payments and exact cash, even though her server staff said I could pay with cash. The bill was $15.15, but she wanted $15.20 instead. She wouldn't even give you back the 5 cents because she said she had no change. Yet, she had an entire can of cash at the cash register. I know she's busy, but she doesn't even bother treating her customers well. Do not patronise this place. Expensive food with a stuck-up boss.
Came across this place by chance, and I have no regrets. Excellent facial service by June. I thoroughly enjoyed the session with her. Will definitely come back for another treatment.

I went for a facial and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and product quality, especially since I booked it at a promotional price. The staff were very skilled and friendly throughout, with no hard selling. I also noticed they offer IPL services, and I'll be back to try them next time.

Good atmosphere, not crowded even on weekends, so if you're in the Punggol area, you may give it a shot. However, it's loud because there were lots of kids screaming, which is to be expected in an area with many young families. We ordered the beef noodle without beef, which still had a nice beef taste in the soup. The pork XLB is a crowd favorite and won't go wrong, so we ordered a basket of 10. The sweet and sour pork was 10/10 â very crispy and delicious; we lapped it up. Then we ordered two orders of fried rice: the shrimp and the pork chop variants. Both were delicious. Overall, it was a good meal, 10/10 in all areas, including service and environment!
Conveniently located within the Punggol Digital District, next to the MRT station. Clean, bright interior, with a spacious layout. We came by on a weekday for dinner, and there was not much of a crowd. The crew were, as usual, well-trained, polite, and friendly. Food was not bad. Do try their xiao long bao, especially the sesame mochi one. Will come back again soon.
