I walked into the store feeling unsure about which glasses to choose, but Valent Ang was incredibly patient and helpful. He recommended glasses that were both comfortable and lightweight, making the decision much easier. If you visit the outlet, definitely look for him! Also, Alson did an eye test on me, and he was very friendly, and the process was very professional. They truly made the experience enjoyable! I will recommend my family to come and purchase from them.

Ralph was very helpful and friendly. He spent a lot of time helping and explaining things to us. He adjusted my spectacles after I commented that they kept slipping down my nose, even though the spectacles were made at another Lenskart branch months ago. He also changed the nose pads for free. Amazing service!
