Dropped by this outlet yesterday. Food and service were as expected, consistent with their other outlets. I'd like to compliment Qiao Yee, as she was very patient with my baby boy and provided a bib before I even thought to ask. She was truly attentive and thoughtful. Other than that, I'd say that the lighting in here is a bit too bright for me personally.

The staff at the new outlet was very attentive. The atmosphere was great. They don't serve Chinese tea in a pot, unlike other outlets. The food and standard are more or less the same as other outlets. I recommend this outlet for companies for their weekday executive lunch. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜

The service and food are always so good at Din Tai Fong. I'm compelled to compliment all the service staff here for doing a good job and keeping up the smiles. I'd gladly pay the price for this. It's heaven and earth compared to the Nayana Plus (the hellish Korean-themed pet restaurant upstairs on Level 2 at PCM).

Visited this new outlet over the weekend. Had an overall pleasant dining experience, and the food standard is consistent across other outlets.

My first visit to my favorite kopi stall at Toast Box Punggol Coast. I requested more "C" (evaporated milk) in my kopi C, but the staff seemed reluctant and gave excuses instead of accommodating the request. It was a bit disappointing, especially since a small adjustment like that can make a big difference to the customer experience. That said, the outlet itself is lovelyโ€”both the interior and exterior are decorated in a pinkish, cute theme that makes the space feel welcoming and pleasant. I hope the staff can be more receptive to simple customer requests and continue to improve their service. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

Thick toast has become thin toast. I can't believe it has shrunk a lot. I hope Toast Box can really look into this. Nice ambience, but expensive, heavily-shrunk toast doesn't make sense. Yakun, being the direct competitor, still has reasonably larger and much nicer toast.

Five stars for its decor and pink theme. The pink theme spans from the cafe backdrop to its toast. Good to have something unique once in a while. So, five stars.

We needed some room temperature water to take painkillers. But it was refused. We were given a cup of piping hot water instead. Perhaps I don't understand what it's like working in F&B, and I've been extremely unfair to be disappointed with their service level.

How bad can Toast Box's standards be? Apparently, very bad. Food here is the worst I have tasted. The prawn mee soup tasted like salted water with no prawn taste, the fried mee siam tasted like salted bee hoon with no mee siam flavors, and the toasted bread was too hard and super dry. Don't get me started on the teh. Very disappointed with Toast Box management!
