Food
(-) Received the burger so charred that black parts fell off on their own, leaving black powder on the bread. The photo is of the BEST part of the burger after I removed the burnt parts. The whole thing was cold and dry.
(-) Cheese fries were soggy and messy.
Atmosphere
(-) Seats are arranged in a narrow circular layout.
(-) As I walked in a circle to look for a seat, patrons at the entrance left, but I couldn't see until I circled back out. By then, customers who came later ended up getting the seats.
Service
(-) Asked to change the order from take-out to dine-in after we found a seat, but it wasn't changed.
(-) There was a 45-minute wait time, with all the food sitting behind the counter but not served.
(-) Was given the wrong order, so I informed the counter staff. The staff just said there were no more onion rings. They didn't inform us that they would replace the food. I wouldn't want to pay for something I didn't want, so I asked if I could have a refund. The staff member shouted that she gave me something of equal value, and that I shouldn't even ask for a refund.
The staff are running around like chickens without heads, making busy but not getting the orders out! It took 20 minutes for my ice cream sundae to be served, and shockingly, they gave me a fork! I asked for a spoon and was told...nope!! What??
The service was extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes, only to realize my number was no longer on the board. Meanwhile, the lady in front took forever to prepare her food, and most of the staff were just standing around. By the time I finally got my order, it wasn't even warm anymore, just cold. Very disappointing after such a long wait.
Prices went up by $2, from $14.80 to $16.80 for a two-course set, but the portion sizes decreased. How does this make sense? There were only three measly pieces of meat and a pathetic serving of vegetables... The guy at the counter was literally counting how many squid he could give. I'm not returning.
