Burger King, in general, does not have a good atmosphere or good food. Every time I see a Burger King, the aura and vibes of the entire place drop. As long as it's KFC or Burger King, it's bad.
⚠️ Low-medium seating capacity at this outlet.
⚠️ The design of this outlet is quite poor. Although it's nice to have that glass viewing area, the glass is foggy and dusty, creating the illusion that it's stuffy.
⚠️ Service can be slow no matter the time of day.
⚠️ Cleanliness is not up to standards for the tables and chairs.
⚠️ The food tastes okay, but can vary.
They forgot the cheese on my cheese fries, which was disappointing.
The worst Burger King in Singapore. The service is super slow; more than an hour's wait for a takeaway! If this is the standard of fast food, they should consider rebranding themselves as "slow-cooked food." The service is bad; they can't even cancel an order after an hour's wait. The staff are rude! Many machines being broken in a newly opened store is simply unacceptable.
Newly opened, and there are a lot of people. Since not many restaurants are open yet, there aren't many choices in the mall. I've had this twice (takeaway). During the weekend, I observed that the outlet seemed very full, and many people who wanted to dine in had difficulty finding a seat.
The food was okay to me. Expect a long waiting time on weekends. I've heard that the cheese on the cheese fries is weird or not nice though...
Good quality and well-designed merchandise is sold here. The staff serving us was extremely friendly and helpful. She assisted us in signing up as a member, waiting patiently for us to complete the process. When we indicated that we didn't need a plastic carrier, she took the time to pack up our purchase so that we could carry it easily. Bravo and thank you.
We waited about 15-20 minutes to get a table and noticed the manageable queue. Staff constantly checked the dining area for available tables. A 60-minute dine-in time was labeled on each table. The food tasted alright, with not too strong flavors. There are cold and hot dishes to choose from, and plenty of desserts. Each set comes with rice (white or 16-grain) and soup (Miso or Carrot Cumin). There's a long list of cold, hot, and coffee drinks, tea, sodas, etc. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. Do note that they start to close the food displays around 7:45 pm and stop taking names for the queue by 8 pm.
Prices went up by $2, from $14.80 to $16.80 for a two-course set, but the portion sizes decreased. How does this make sense? There were only three measly pieces of meat and a pathetic serving of vegetables... The guy at the counter was literally counting how many squid he could give. I'm not returning.
