Located on the 2nd floor, on top of the mall. It can be accessed by the escalators from both exits 1 and 2 of Punggol Coast MRT. It's slightly on the pricier side, but offers more unique combinations compared to other options.

Just had the best experience here! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, really made me feel at home. The pancakes were so delicious! And those drinks? Damn, the wintermelon was next level! So refreshing and tasty. Definitely coming back! 😌👌🏻

Okay, let’s talk about how Yi Fang just made my taste buds do a happy dance! That wintermelon latte with pearls and jelly cake? UNREAL. It’s literally my favorite drink ever, and the crew always nails it. Bonus points for the sweet vibes and top-tier service every time. Y'all are the real MVPs!

The best way to tell if a tea is good is when you order it with 0% sugar. Their iced black tea and warm oolong tea absolutely hit the spot the first time I came. I will definitely visit again given the opportunity. Bonus points for the super friendly staff, likely since it was late and there were no other customers, but the tea was amazing nonetheless.

After strolling around Punggol Coast Mall looking for a cozy cafe to relax with my mum, we decided on White Cloud Cafe because of its inviting and stylish design. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. We ordered a cappuccino and a flat white. The aroma alone was amazing, and the taste definitely lived up to it, making it well worth the price. We also tried their ice cream waffle and truffle fries, and both were absolutely delicious! The combination of great food, a relaxing ambiance, and friendly, attentive staff made the experience even better. The wait for the food was totally worth it, and we had such a great time unwinding there. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be bringing my friends next time!

White Cloud Cafe is exactly like the experience of heading to Santorini, with a great view and ambiance perfect for a visit with someone you love. This is a place you won't want to miss. Thank you so much for the excellent service! The staff is attentive and friendly, and I really appreciate it. Their excellent waffle ice cream with fresh fruit is a great recommendation if you have a sweet tooth. It was perfect! I really appreciate the attention to detail in both the food and the service. It's clear you put a lot of effort into making your customers happy. It was a memorable experience, and we'll definitely come back again with our family and friends.

TLDR: Overpriced, less-than-average quality ingredients in both food and drinks, misleading menu. Saw the 1-for-1 promo online and decided to come with my family. The interior decor is nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was okay. Price-wise, for the soft launch menu, it was already expensive. We ordered mentaiko pasta and spinach aglio olio. When the food came, the mentaiko pasta was overcooked, as you could see, with not much ebikko, and it was too creamy. Misleading menu: The spinach aglio olio ($17.90++) didn’t come with chicken karaage by default (which they shouldn’t show in the menu picture). Karaage cost $4 to add on, which only gave four small pieces. The taste of the spinach aglio olio can be likened to those from western stalls in coffee shops and food courts. The drinks: Thank goodness for the soft launch 1-for-1 “promo.” We ordered the iced salted caramel latte and matcha latte. The salted caramel latte tasted like Luckin Coffee. And we were shocked when the matcha latte came. Although the cup is cute, the latte art could’ve been better (we’re paying $7++ for it), and they didn't even bother to clean the overflowed drip when it dripped out a bit. The matcha used was below average; you could tell the matcha they used was of low quality. Before we walked out of this cafe, I just want to say it’s very expensive, and the food tastes mediocre at best. You can get a better deal elsewhere. Three people, $90++ after GST, for three mains and two drinks. I’m not going to return here for their unreleased menu. Also, there were so many staff at the counter for this small space, and they still had a “hiring” poster stuck on their glass panels. Hiring more staff won’t ensure better food. Go to SIT Foodgle to eat; they have better western food there.

I don’t think it's very nice to serve food that looks different from the menu, or at least update the menu. The type of pasta used was totally different. Furthermore, I had to wait close to 50 minutes for the food to arrive. Even though they offered a free cake for the long wait, and the service by the server was very good, I don’t think I will come back again. I was too hungry to ask why the food looked so different; I just wanted to eat.

I had a terrible experience at Aston Specialist (Punggol East Coast branch) yesterday, which also happened to be my birthday. The lady in black assigning seats had a constantly grumpy face and completely ignored us when we tried to get her attention. The service was extremely unwelcoming and rude. To make things worse, the food was a letdown. I ordered fish, but it arrived completely cold and dried up—like it had been sitting out for ages. None of our dishes were served hot, which ruined the entire meal. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and service. I'm definitely not coming back and would not recommend it, especially for special occasions. It was a huge disappointment on what was supposed to be a happy day.
