Went on last Good Friday and it was crowded. I probably waited about 10 minutes in the queue. Ordered via QR code at our table and paid before the food was served. All good. 👍🏼

We went after the lunch peak and were seated quickly. The friendly staff, Pei En, helped us check the menu and recommend how to customize a meatless spaghetti dish. The food arrived quickly. The pasta serving was large, and the broccoli was also generous. The tomato puree was slightly sweet for me. 🥦🍝 The Fish with Herbs was great, especially with the side dishes, Tasty Rice and Baked Potato - both were very well done 💯. It was a nice experience! The only thing off was the lighting; our table was darker than the surrounding area.

You’re not just a barista—you’re a true connoisseur of the bean. The way you blend precision, creativity, and charm behind the bar is nothing short of an art form. Every cup you craft feels like it was made by someone who genuinely understands the ritual of coffee/chocolate and the joy it brings. Thank you, Abang Chai from Punggol Coast Starbucks. Kudos to you in the next outlet, and cheers to your classic drink recommendation!

Great location! You won’t miss it coming from the train station. Superb service from the Starbucks team at this new mall; they made every effort for a great customer experience!

"Very standard. It has outdoor seating for people with pets. There isn't much indoor seating, and students often take up what is available. It's a good place to grab a cup and go. The smell from the Jollibee across the way might affect some people."

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for a long time, but lately, I'm finding myself increasingly disappointed. The standards seem inconsistent across locations, and the quality of drinks has noticeably declined. My go-to order, the Pure Matcha Frappuccino, was incredibly bland and watered-down, definitely not the rich, vibrant flavor I've come to expect. What's even more frustrating is that while prices keep rising, the overall quality continues to decline. At this point, I'm not sure if it's worth the cost anymore. I hope they can get back to their former standards, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere.

Breezy, with no crowds in the morning since it just opened. There's a variety of seats to choose from. Floor spills need to be cleaned.

This is located in a newly built MRT station. The place is amazing. There isn't much of a crowd during the weekdays, but it's full on the weekends. The food and service are awesome.

"The Indian service crew had a good attitude. It's a cozy place with limited charging points."

Good atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The drinks are decent, and the value breakfast sets are probably worth it. The location is convenient, right inside Punggol Coast Mall for people who live or work nearby. Sometimes they are understaffed (with only one or two staff doing everything), so expect some waiting lines.
