Handcrafted coffee beverages, frappuccinos, and fresh pastries with local flavors
Starbucks at Punggol Coast Mall represents the ultimate destination for coffee enthusiasts, offering a modern and inviting space to unwind and enjoy expertly crafted beverages. This flagship outlet features both indoor and outdoor seating options, creating a versatile environment that caters to different preferences and occasions.
The store's unique design includes a striking large wall mural featuring painted tigers, paying homage to Punggol's historical significance as the former home of tigers during the Punggol Zoo era established in 1928. This artistic element adds local cultural depth to the familiar Starbucks experience.
Starbucks delivers its comprehensive menu of signature coffee drinks, seasonal specialties, and food items including pastries like the Chicken Sausage Roll and value breakfast sets. The skilled baristas maintain Starbucks' global standards while adapting to local tastes and preferences.
What sets this location apart is its exceptional pet-friendly policy, with staff regularly offering puppuccinos for visiting dogs, making it a welcoming destination for pet owners. The clean, modern environment with efficient service creates a comfortable atmosphere for work meetings, casual gatherings, or solo coffee moments.
Operating as a full-service outlet with dine-in, takeaway, and delivery options, Starbucks Punggol Coast Mall combines the brand's consistent quality with unique local touches, establishing itself as a cornerstone destination in Singapore's newest shopping hub.
I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for a long time, but lately, I'm finding myself increasingly disappointed. The standards seem inconsistent across locations, and the quality of drinks has noticeably declined. My go-to order, the Pure Matcha Frappuccino, was incredibly bland and watered-down, definitely not the rich, vibrant flavor I've come to expect. What's even more frustrating is that while prices keep rising, the overall quality continues to decline. At this point, I'm not sure if it's worth the cost anymore. I hope they can get back to their former standards, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere.

🔵 I visited the relatively new Starbucks at Punggol Coast Mall on April 16th, 2025, at around 8pm. ▪︎This outlet had just opened in February 2025.
☕️ There are both outdoor and indoor seats here. 🖤 I picked up a Chicken Sausage Roll pastry, (priced at SGD5.70) which was delicious!
🟨 The store's modern and clean ambiance was a great bonus. ▪︎As a new outlet, everything felt fresh and well-organized.
🟪 One end of this Starbucks cafe was covered with a large wall mural that had painted tigers on it. I found this piece of information through research.
🌳🌳 Punggol district in Singapore (🌿 in the old days) was once home to tigers as part of Punggol Zoo, established in 1928 by Mr. William Lawrence Soma Basapa.
🔵 This private zoo had housed a variety of animals, including Malayan tigers, and later became a popular attraction for locals and tourists.
🟨 Thus, the reason for this large painted tiger mural at this Starbucks at Punggol Coast Mall was to pay homage to Punggol's past history. 🌿🌾 That's very nice of Starbucks to add a touch of historical fact to its cafe.
🟦 Overall, I had a great experience here. The staff and coffee baristas were all very friendly, cheerful, and kind. 🔶️ I'm looking forward to coming back to try more of their offerings. 🙏🏻 Thank you for the very kind and genuine hospitality bestowed on me earlier by the three guys. ☺️

Good atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The drinks are decent, and the value breakfast sets are probably worth it. The location is convenient, right inside Punggol Coast Mall for people who live or work nearby. Sometimes they are understaffed (with only one or two staff doing everything), so expect some waiting lines.

This is located in a newly built MRT station. The place is amazing. There isn't much of a crowd during the weekdays, but it's full on the weekends.
The food and service are awesome.

You’re not just a barista—you’re a true connoisseur of the bean. The way you blend precision, creativity, and charm behind the bar is nothing short of an art form. Every cup you craft feels like it was made by someone who genuinely understands the ritual of coffee/chocolate and the joy it brings. Thank you, Abang Chai from Punggol Coast Starbucks. Kudos to you in the next outlet, and cheers to your classic drink recommendation!

My favorite Starbucks outlet! Clean seating and super pet-friendly! The staff (especially Gus) are all approachable and offer puppuccinos whenever they see my dog!
