Long queue, and some drinks were out of stock. The monitor only displayed the 1-1 drinks; you had to go near the counter to see the other options. However, the drinks I wanted weren't available. The decor is quite nice, but not ideal when the shop is so crowded. There's no seating space. It's a "grab and go" situation.

"Both the double latte milk tea and peach oolong tea tasted bad. The double latte milk tea tasted like a poorly made teh tarik from a kopitiam. It was so syrupy, leaving a very unpleasant aftertaste. The peach oolong tea was so sour; my brother and I were so confused. It's peach, so why would it be so sour like lemon? It completely took away the tea taste. I'm never drinking from this brand again, and it's too pricey for this type of quality."

The best way to tell if a tea is good is when you order it with 0% sugar. Their black tea (iced) and oolong tea (warm) absolutely hit the spot the first time I came. I will definitely visit again given the opportunity. Bonus points for super friendly staff, likely because it was late and there were no other customers around, but amazing tea nonetheless.

The tea tastes good, especially the fruit-based ones without milk. It has a decent amount of tea flavor, unlike some other bubble tea brands that lack a strong, brewed tea taste.

Just had the best experience here! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, really made me feel at home. The pancakes were so delicious! And those drinks? Damn, the wintermelon was next level! So refreshing and tasty. Definitely coming back! 😌👌🏻
