The staff working on Saturday at 1:30 PM should learn how to be friendly and personable. They did not acknowledge me while I was waiting to order. They just ignored me, and I had to ask if I could order. I felt like I was imposing on her. The place wasn't busy. She didn't acknowledge my order. She gave me my order without a word of thanks or acknowledgement. She basically made me feel like I was a non-person. No matter how good your ice cream might be...never again!

Tried the pi pa gao mint and sesame peanut mochi ice cream on the nian gao waffle. The flavors and tastes were interesting. I would recommend the sesame one, as we preferred it out of the two. The place was crowded, as it was a public holiday, but on weekdays there isn't much of a crowd. I would recommend coming to try at least one.

Interesting flavor – Muah Chee (Black Sesame and Peanut)! The ice cream has small cubes of soft cheese, adding a surprising twist. The homemade cone is on the thinner side and breaks easily. The Muah Chee ice cream is definitely unique and worth trying. We also had a scoop of Umeshu (Plum Wine), a premium flavor. It contains tiny bits of what I assume are green plums, though the taste leans more toward vanilla than Umeshu.

Small and cozy seating area. I ordered the nian gao waffle, mua chee ice cream (peanut and sesame flavored), a toffee nut latte, and a matcha latte. The taste of the food and drinks was great; no complaints. Two staff members were working on a public holiday, and the shop was full. The waiting time was fair, maybe about 10 to 15 minutes. The staff were quite friendly.

*Updated 16 March 2024* Menu attached. The flavors are pretty decent, not jaw-droppingly delicious, but it's okay for a mid-afternoon snack. The place is a bit small, but it makes up for it with its simplistic design, natural lighting, and cozy vibes. I think the chrysanthemum flavor is my standout flavor because you can actually taste the chrysanthemum, unlike many other ice cream stores. But if you're not a fan of it, there's no harm in trying others. No sampling of flavors, by the way. 🥺

The mochi ice cream 🍨 was quite good 👍. The grapefruit jasmine green tea 🍵 was just so-so. There was only one staff member working when I was there, so the waiting time was super long—more than one hour. I won’t visit again…

"I tried the lychee and raspberry. It sounded refreshing, but the flavor combination wasn't fantastic. I also tried the tie guan yin, but it was too mild. The Pi Pa Gao was too medicinal. Nope, I won't be coming back. The service was good, though. However, the taste didn't suit me."

"Had been to their original outlet at Sembawang, and had been there a few times. Great to know they have a new outlet here. Started with a single scoop of muah chee flavor ice cream 😋…"

It's a great place to relax, with minimalist decor and a peaceful vibe while enjoying artisanal ice cream. The location is super convenient, right by Punggol Coast MRT.

"Love the muah chee (black sesame and peanut) flavor! Also, it's not too sweet, as my kids didn't get a sugar high after eating it."
