Very nice environment, staff are friendly and helpful, food is good as usual, and I love the airy, spacious layout of the restaurant. Order through a QR code on the table, and for takeaway, there are kiosks on the left side. Food is good as usual, definitely better than the Sukiya in Malaysia by a billion times. Singapore has maintained standards for all its Sukiya outlets!

I placed an order for takeaway, but no utensils were provided. I patiently waited, hoping someone would assist. I even made eye contact with one of the staff members, but he looked at me and continued with his task. I waited until he finally approached me, and when I requested utensils, his response and attitude felt reluctant, as if it was a hassle. I understand the staff may be busy, but utensils are essential for takeaway meals. Without them, how am I expected to eat? To make things worse, the rice in my meal was overly soggy. It resembled porridge more than rice. I’ve attached a picture for reference. Overall, the experience was disappointing, both in terms of service and food quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

I was very disappointed in the service at this outlet on June 5th around 12:30 PM. When we were first seated, we were not offered the drinks that the staff brought to almost every table. After ordering, we asked the same staff if we could have extra yatori sauce, to which they replied that sauce was not provided. (At other outlets I've visited, they always provide it.) As I had an infant with me, I was adjusting her when the same staff wanted to clear my tray, but I had not even finished. There was no queue outside, so I don't know what he was rushing for. I'm not sure if the management will see this, but I hope the service will improve, as I like the food here.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Sukiya. The food was very delicious, especially the beef bowl, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everything was fresh and served warm. I also want to commend the manager on duty during my visit. She was very attentive, kind, and accommodating. She made sure everything was okay and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you so much for the great service and delicious food. I will definitely come back!

The food is good, but what really concerns me is the way utensils and tissues are placed openly in the middle of the table without any cover. It makes me uneasy to consider the potential for contamination if someone sneezes, coughs, or accidentally spills a drink or drops food, especially while the table is being wiped. It also makes me wonder how often the utensil containers are cleaned. Honestly, I didn’t even feel comfortable looking into them. I truly hope the management considers redesigning this setup for improved hygiene. It would make the dining experience feel much safer and more reassuring.

Came for dinner. Ordered Gyudon and Yakiniku beef bowl. Both were tasty, except the Yakiniku bowl was a little on the salty side.

Sukiya is my go-to place when I want something tasty and affordable. The quality of the food is always impressive — from the texture of the rice to the seasoning of the beef. You can tell it’s freshly made. It’s fast food, but it doesn’t feel rushed or sloppy. I love it.
