The service was extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes, only to realize my number was no longer on the board. Meanwhile, the lady in front took forever to prepare her food, and most of the staff were just standing around. By the time I finally got my order, it wasn't even warm anymore, just cold. Very disappointing after such a long wait.

The staff are running around like chickens without heads, making busy but not getting the orders out! It took 20 minutes for my ice cream sundae to be served, and shockingly, they gave me a fork! I asked for a spoon and was told...nope!! What??

Food (-) Received the burger so charred that black parts fell off on their own, leaving black powder on the bread. The photo is of the BEST part of the burger after I removed the burnt parts. The whole thing was cold and dry. (-) Cheese fries were soggy and messy. Atmosphere (-) Seats are arranged in a narrow circular layout. (-) As I walked in a circle to look for a seat, patrons at the entrance left, but I couldn't see until I circled back out. By then, customers who came later ended up getting the seats. Service (-) Asked to change the order from take-out to dine-in after we found a seat, but it wasn't changed. (-) There was a 45-minute wait time, with all the food sitting behind the counter but not served. (-) Was given the wrong order, so I informed the counter staff. The staff just said there were no more onion rings. They didn't inform us that they would replace the food. I wouldn't want to pay for something I didn't want, so I asked if I could have a refund. The staff member shouted that she gave me something of equal value, and that I shouldn't even ask for a refund.

The newly opened mall at Punggol Coast has a variety of food options. I ate at BK there. There aren't many seats, but the area is spacious, and there are three order terminals. They call your number when your order is ready. There's a scan-to-order QR code at each table for payment. The decor was nice, and the food is standard BK fare. It's a nice place to grab a quick bite when you're hungry.

March 20th, food received at 8 PM after waiting 44 minutes. My order was: 1 burger, a rendang meal, cheese fries, and ice apple tea. It was a simple order, and I waited 44 minutes for it with no apology. Only after voicing my wait a second time, after 40 minutes, did the manager check with the kitchen. The service was thoroughly poor, likely from the manager, Lizzie, I think? My order disappeared from the board after waiting 15 minutes. When I approached after an extra 5 minutes, she told me to wait, but multiple burger and special orders ahead of me were prepared first. She didn't check the order and realized the one burger I ordered hadn't been prepared for 40 minutes. I later only received my cheese fries, apple drink, and rendang tendergrill chicken after waiting 44 minutes. I was fasting, and because of her lack of concern for my order, I had to wait 44 minutes before I could break my fast. Please address your manager's competency. The kitchen staff preparing the food was fast, but the front desk preparation and the lack of concern from the manager were the issue. Even the inexperienced staff manning the drinks checked my order three times, but the manager only bothered after I voiced my concerns twice.

4 April 2025, evening (7-8 PM) I think I found the Burger King himself: There was an INSANE number of customers, and orders were overflowing like CRAZY. It was like 1 million orders against one Burger King and his three minions. It was a tough battle, but the Burger King did NOT falter. As I type this, he still fights with all his strength. The Burger King is the on-site Manager. The manager was very patient while addressing the huge crowd of customers waiting for their orders. The backlog was piling up due to the huge inflow of customers. He also guided his coworkers very patiently when they had trouble dealing with the orders. To be frank, he was doing everything; it seemed that his coworkers were very new to the job and were still getting the hang of things. However, he did not get frustrated at all and remained calm. Hence, I really admired his patience in guiding them well, despite the stressful environment. I did not get his name, but he is a tall Malay gentleman who ties his hair in a small bun. Give him a raise fit for a king!

The food quality was fine. However, if you're planning to have breakfast here, please only come after 10 am. Their central air conditioning only turns on at 10 am. It was stuffy and humid because the store is fully enclosed. It's really not possible to dine in that environment.

Burger King, in general, does not have a good atmosphere or good food. Every time I see a Burger King, the aura and vibes of the entire place drop. As long as it's KFC or Burger King, it's bad. ⚠️ Low-medium seating capacity at this outlet. ⚠️ The design of this outlet is quite poor. Although it's nice to have that glass viewing area, the glass is foggy and dusty, creating the illusion that it's stuffy. ⚠️ Service can be slow no matter the time of day. ⚠️ Cleanliness is not up to standards for the tables and chairs. ⚠️ The food tastes okay, but can vary. They forgot the cheese on my cheese fries, which was disappointing.

The worst Burger King in Singapore. The service is super slow; more than an hour's wait for a takeaway! If this is the standard of fast food, they should consider rebranding themselves as "slow-cooked food." The service is bad; they can't even cancel an order after an hour's wait. The staff are rude! Many machines being broken in a newly opened store is simply unacceptable.

Newly opened, and there are a lot of people. Since not many restaurants are open yet, there aren't many choices in the mall. I've had this twice (takeaway). During the weekend, I observed that the outlet seemed very full, and many people who wanted to dine in had difficulty finding a seat. The food was okay to me. Expect a long waiting time on weekends. I've heard that the cheese on the cheese fries is weird or not nice though...
