Senior MarCom Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Review and develop Masjid Al-Mawaddah’s marketing communications plans and strategies that will appeal to the target audience within the Sengkang & Buangkok residence.
• Manage the whole suite of Marketing Communication functions, which includes digital marketing, social media content development, marketing & publicity, advertising & promotions, and events.
• Manage social media channels for the organisation, including content creation, follower engagement, and monitoring analytics.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
• Curate and develop mosque-related and/or islamic materials with relevance and resonance to varied target audience groups; ensure brand consistency, effective distribution, and manage related logistics.
• Assist in any other duties assigned by the Head Community Outreach and/or Management

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in marketing communication, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
• Prior experience working with social service or mosque sector would be advantageous. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Knowledge of design and editing software e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator etc.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to details; with a flair for aesthetic.
• Competent with a strong marketing acumen, result oriented and loves to create content for social media.
