Working Hours : 12 pm to 6pm

Job Summary

You will welcome guests to the store, guide them through ordering and payment using an in-house app, manage queues efficiently, encourage guest feedback, and maintain a clean and organized environment during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in using the in-house app to place and pay for orders accurately
• Manage customer queues to ensure smooth flow and reduce wait times
• Encourage guests to provide feedback to improve service quality
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store area throughout the shift
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate proactive behavior to anticipate and address guest needs

Use technology confidently to assist guests with app-based ordering

Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure guests understand ordering and payment processes

Provide friendly and helpful customer service to enhance guest experience

Commit to working three or more days per week, preferably including weekends
