Operations Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customers’ orders and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Picking and packing of daily orders.
• Perform receiving, checking and relabelling and packing of products.
• Assist in checking and ensuring healthy stock level.
• Participate in stock take.
• Rotation among different departments and/or increase in job responsibilities if deem capable.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Able to carry heavy items when packing.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with business associates.
• Work will involve handling of various produce including pork products.
• Good organisational skills and communication skills.
• A team player who is able to interact with all levels of staff
• Cheerful personality with can-do spirit.
• Ability to use various messaging platform like whatsapp, telegram etc.
