Job Description

· Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.

· Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.

· Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.

· Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.

· Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.

· Handle of monetary receipts and payment.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

· Good knowledge of MS Office

· Minimum of 2-3 years experiences

· Well-groomed and cheerful personality

· Good communications and interpersonal skills and service orientated

· Training will be provided

· Able to work retail hours and on weekends.

Location:

· Serangoon Garden

· 5 days a week (including Weekend and Public Holidays)
