Account Executive

1. Perform daily account payable (AP) in accounting system .
2. Review ,verify and process invoices.
3. Assist in monthly closing,audit,bank, reconsiliaton and GST matters.
4. Manage and ensure accurate,and timely payment disbursement.
5. Maintain proper accounting record and filling.
6. Prepare monthly financial reports needed by the management.
7. Assist in handling, managing banking matters and ad hoc matters/projects.
8. Any other adhoc and related activities assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma /Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related field; Professional qualification are welcome to apply (ACCA/CPA).
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Good knowledge of SAP system.
4. Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines.
5. Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (to be able to liaise and coordinate with Mandarin speaking external auditors).
6. Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.
7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Pleasant personality and good team player.
9. Have working exposure in SME's environment will be an added advantage.
10. Able to start in short notice.
