I was lucky to visit the new opening of Sushi-GO at Punggol Coast Mall, where selected sushi was priced at $1. I arrived late, and the queue had already started forming. The staff team was well-prepared for this occasion. It was very busy, yet orderly. A staff member could be seen explaining the promotion and what to expect. As the queue was long, it was expected that the waiting time would be 1 hour and that the salmon might potentially run out (which she was right about). To be honest, I felt that they could have prepared more ingredients, but oh well. The restaurant's environment was great. The exterior looked like you were in space, and space robots would be running across tables to deliver the food. Their sushi ingredients were also as fresh as possible. The size of the sushi was decent as well. Overall, it's a great restaurant to have sushi, and I will be back again to try their other menu items.

One of the few shops in the New Punggol Coast Mall that is open. The restaurant is bright and clean. The tables were very small and cramped, with all the cutlery placed on them. The food is served by a conveyor belt system without a hiccup. Food came 10 minutes after ordering. The sashimi and sushi were fresh and nice. However, the rice bowls were small. I like that green tea powder is given for hot tea rather than tea bags. A hot water tap is at the table. Cashier was friendly and helpful.

Spacious, clean, with friendly staff (especially Andy!). As it was the weekend, the place was packed. Food was not bad. Although we arrived for lunch around 1:30 PM, quite a lot of items were already sold out—for instance, the beef rice, chawamushi, etc.—which was a bummer. Will come back again soon to try those items.

I came for the $1 opening promotion, expecting a long queue and a long wait. But surprisingly, the queue moved fast; I only queued for 30 minutes. Their service is really good. They expected the queue, so they prepared drinks and chairs for the elderly. The food was served quickly too. A really great lunch experience here today! Thumbs up to them!

Taste is okay. Sadly, the soy sauce is like water and salt, unlike Sushiro, which has thicker sauce and more taste. Sushi takes some time to come. Overall, it is slower and more expensive than Sushiro. Spent almost $50 per person to feel full. Will never cross this threshold at other conveyor sushi establishments. This is a first for me, hahaha...

Staff were friendly. There was a queue, but it moved very quickly. Food was delicious, and the menu had a good variety of sushi. 🍣 Chawanmushi was piping hot. 👍🏻 I love how they highlight MUST TRY and TOP 10.

Amazing food, and for the price paid, it was worth it! I ordered a lot for one person, but I loved every single bite. I loved the salmon with guacamole, salmon aburi, and the buttered salmon aburi. The scallops were huge and hovering over the rice! I have to say, the sushi rice was fresh and tasted amazing. Also, try the Mont Blanc; it was really good too. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the cake base was a tad dry. I loved the environment and the tiny booth! I would love to go back, but not for the swordfish because, man, it was really acting like a fish! (Haha)

Came to try this newly found Kaiten sushi place, with high hopes. Everything looked new, and the menu seemed extensive and creative. Sushi-wise, I've got to say it was just mid. Personally, the sushi rice wasn't good, and the ingredients were just passable. Mayo was a chargeable condiment! The saving grace was the Mala fried salmon skin. It was the highlight of a nice snack – not hard to get this right, IMHO. The Chawanmushi was good enough too. I didn't try to order more. It will depend on whether I return to try again.

Despite sometimes being understaffed, the sushi is really good compared to its competitors, and the staff, when available, try their best to help you out. I suggest trying their Surf and Savour premium white fish menu this summer — it's really buttery and smooth!

A Lower Cost Sushi Place Yet another sushi restaurant chain has sprung up to join in the fray. Food was priced very reasonably, which would probably go down well with campus students. Although prices were lower, it was notable that the sashimi pieces were also smaller. You get what you pay for, I guess. Taste was good, though. The chirashi sushi was all sold out. Perhaps it was their top seller. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was served by robots on the sushi belt, though. Seating was in comfortable box seats. Ordering was through QR code, but it was tricky because the system somehow only accepted a maximum of 5 items before submission. If you need more, you'll have to place a new order. Perhaps the university students can help them improve their technology. Overall, a pleasant experience.
