I don’t think it's very nice to serve food that looks different from the menu, or at least update the menu. The type of pasta used was totally different. Furthermore, I had to wait close to 50 minutes for the food to arrive. Even though they offered a free cake for the long wait, and the service by the server was very good, I don’t think I will come back again. I was too hungry to ask why the food looked so different; I just wanted to eat.

TLDR:
Overpriced, less-than-average quality ingredients in both food and drinks, misleading menu.
Saw the 1-for-1 promo online and decided to come with my family.
The interior decor is nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was okay.
Price-wise, for the soft launch menu, it was already expensive. We ordered mentaiko pasta and spinach aglio olio. When the food came, the mentaiko pasta was overcooked, as you could see, with not much ebikko, and it was too creamy.
Misleading menu:
The spinach aglio olio ($17.90++) didn’t come with chicken karaage by default (which they shouldn’t show in the menu picture). Karaage cost $4 to add on, which only gave four small pieces. The taste of the spinach aglio olio can be likened to those from western stalls in coffee shops and food courts.
The drinks:
Thank goodness for the soft launch 1-for-1 “promo.” We ordered the iced salted caramel latte and matcha latte. The salted caramel latte tasted like Luckin Coffee. And we were shocked when the matcha latte came. Although the cup is cute, the latte art could’ve been better (we’re paying $7++ for it), and they didn't even bother to clean the overflowed drip when it dripped out a bit. The matcha used was below average; you could tell the matcha they used was of low quality.
Before we walked out of this cafe, I just want to say it’s very expensive, and the food tastes mediocre at best. You can get a better deal elsewhere. Three people, $90++ after GST, for three mains and two drinks. I’m not going to return here for their unreleased menu.
Also, there were so many staff at the counter for this small space, and they still had a “hiring” poster stuck on their glass panels. Hiring more staff won’t ensure better food.
Go to SIT Foodgle to eat; they have better western food there.

This newly opened cafe is a must-go. We ordered the waffle, bacon, and eggs for breakfast, which is only served Friday to Sunday. That was delicious for $19.90. We ate steak and fries the other day, and the steak was cooked to perfection; the inside was soft and tender, like a medium level of doneness. Definitely worth trying the steak and fries.
The tater tots are a must-try, however, I found the additional mentaiko sauce not very worth the $2 extra. The tater tots are well-cooked inside and don’t have the cheap taste that frozen ones sometimes have. I think these are freshly prepared.
The chicken karaage is 10/10 delicious, and you can tell because the inside of the chicken is very well-cooked, indicating it is not frozen and reheated. The karaage sauce is also 10/10. The staff is very nice and gave us a refill of the sauce when we asked for it. 10/10 for service, which is why this cafe deserves 5 stars and no less.
Lastly, they serve plain water with free refills, which is a huge plus. The glass has a cool design that looks like ice at the bottom.
Overall, the cafe has nice aesthetics and is worth coming back to.

Affordable, premium, and aesthetically pleasing cafe that you must not miss! I personally tried their desserts, and wow! Their desserts are truly commendable; the Belgium Ice Cream Waffle is magnificent! Each of their desserts is carefully curated with premium ingredients, and each bite you savor makes you crave more! As for the mains, I highly recommend trying the truffle cream wild mushroom! Price-wise, it is quite affordable for the quality you get! To add on, they have done a splendid job on the interior, giving off warm and cozy vibes and exuding modern sophistication as well! Lastly, I would also like to comment on the nice and friendly staff members. I see that they recently opened, and I must say they have done a great job so far! I would highly recommend you guys come down and try it for yourself! Will be back!

"I was attracted by the clean, white look of the cafe and the classical music when I walked by. I was drawn into the cafe! :)
I tried their coffee and an Ondeh Ondeh cake, which I'd say was pretty nice. Moreover, they were doing a soft launch, so I got 10% off my total bill.
When I left around 6:00 PM, the cafe was crowded with diners, and there were queues outside. I also saw that their pasta looked pretty delicious.
I will drop by again to try it another time."

One of the best pastas I've had! Although the price is a bit steep, the food was generally great 😍. I was there for their soft launch, so many things were still in the midst of being set up.
I loved the atmosphere and the whole vibe of the place. I definitely recommend everyone go and give it a try. Their waffles with ice cream were also delicious, with strawberries and blueberries paired together 😍.
I can't wait to go back and try everything else on their menu after their official launch date ✨.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at White Cloud Cafe, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations on every front. From the moment I stepped inside, the interior design captured my attention. The space strikes a perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy warmth. Thoughtfully curated decor elements—ranging from elegant lighting fixtures to tastefully fluted decor—create an inviting atmosphere that is both stylish and comfortable. Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to work or a vibrant spot to catch up with friends, White Cloud Cafe caters effortlessly to both.
As for the menu, it’s clear that a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish. Every plate is beautifully presented, and the flavors are well-balanced and refined. The desserts are equally impressive, offering a sweet ending to an already delightful meal. Their drinks are also noteworthy, as they have a myriad of options available even though it's only their soft launch!
Service was attentive yet unobtrusive, with staff who are knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that delivers so consistently on food, ambiance, and service, but White Cloud manages to do just that.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
