Newly opened indoor playground at Punggol Coast mall. The rates are slightly high - $50 for 2 adults and 1 child, and the RC car and pool cost $8 for limited play time. The rest of the play area is large. Coming during off-peak hours and closely supervising children is recommended, as the few customer-facing staff are stretched between reception and cleanup and may not be able to enforce safe play.

Spacious play area with:
* Ball pit with 2 slides

* Make-believe play area including a supermarket, police station with a mini jail, fire engine, repair workshop, and princess dress-up
* Two "sand" play areas

However, there is a separate RC area and duck water carousel, which are charged separately.
Play slots are for 2 hours, priced at $35 per pair (child and parent).

The boat ride is very expensive, costing $8 for only 3 rounds! Three rounds can be finished in just 2 minutes! The water boat area's design is silly; children might want to jump inside to play, which is dangerous!

The place is huge and has a lot of cognitive and physical activities, which is great for kids. However, I have to give it 1 star because the security and safety for the children isn't very well thought out. There's no gate at the entrance to the playground, and the requirement to enter is one child plus one adult. The child is given a tag, but the adult is not. So, during busy times, anyone can just enter without verifying if they have a child inside, as there's no gate or staff to stop anyone from entering. I have included a photo showing the open entrance.
Child abduction could easily happen if adults aren't supervising carefully. I think the company needs to rethink and improve their security for the safety of children if they intend to create a safe playground and not just earn profits.

Went on a Sunday. It was very crowded. The place is newly opened, I believe.
Good points:
1. Spacious play area
2. Variety of play areas for kids
Bad points from my POV:
1. There isnât any gantry for entry and exit, so I believe anybody can go in and out easily without notice.
2. They are not strict with health checks since my husband saw a kid with swollen eyes and some discharge playing in the play area.
3. The water for the fishing area was cloudy and dirty. It wasnât maintained well.
4. The duck cost $8 for three rounds. My child got stuck at some corners, so I had to assist him since the working personnel was stationed at the entry point. But my son enjoyed it nevertheless. However, for $8, it may be costly.
5. I couldnât really identify or tell which staff were on duty within the crowds; the majority were at the counter. Most of the stations were left unattended, with staff not coming to check at times.
6. I saw a child and a dad not wearing socks entering and playing, despite the rule stating socks were needed, showing that no staff were doing checks on the ground or upon entry.
7. I find that the place was not maintained well overall, as in the cleanliness. Even some toys are already spoiled.
8. The duck staff wasn't that friendly when attended to, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, as it was crowded and busy that day.
The only option available was a 2-hour play session for $35; I feel like it wasn't worth it.
Will I come back? Maybe not anytime soon, since it wasnât a good first experience in terms of safety, cleanliness, and service for my child, but to each their own.

"$35 for 2 hours (1 adult and 1 child). The duck water ride is $8/ride, and the arcade car game costs $8/8 minutes. Not bad for expending your kid's energy! đ"

My first and last time coming here. The counter staff do not speak English. The toys here are mostly from China. My son only liked the ball pit, and there was only one ball pit choice.

Disappointing experience! The staff's lack of English proficiency made communication difficult. The pricing system is misleading; they force you to buy two-hour blocks when their promotion states otherwise (10 x 1-hour blocks). They began cleaning up an hour before closing time at 10 p.m., removing toys while my son was still playing with them. To top it off, they refused to process payments at the counter after 9:50 p.m., turning away customers who wanted to make purchases. I would not return after completing the package.

The playground is spacious and big, with many things to play on. However, the duck ride is honestly a potential hazard. If the children are left unattended, they could easily jump in. Another con is that the staff are really annoying. I'm not sure if they have nothing to do, but when my girl left a car or toy unattended for a while and came back to play with it, the staff had already put the car or toy away in its proper position.
