As the June holidays draw to a close, we reflect on another incredibly successful and vibrant chapter at WonderLab @ Punggol Digital District. Our community library quickly became a popular hub, adorned with thoughtful and heartfelt notes left by visitors. It was truly inspiring to see the collective spirit of Punggol come alive through these personal messages, reflecting the warmth and camaraderie of our residents.
Creativity also flourished, particularly with the charming paper kampongs meticulously crafted by our participants. These miniature villages, built with care, imagination, and a touch of nostalgia, beautifully showcased the artistic talent and rich cultural tapestry within our community. It was a joy to see so many individuals, young and old, immerse themselves in this hands-on activity.

We were also incredibly impressed by the innovative contributions from the talented students of the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). Their engaging demonstrations and forward-thinking projects added an exciting dimension to the event, offering intriguing glimpses into future possibilities within the digital landscape and inspiring many budding minds.
A major highlight that resonated deeply with many was the epic 1,000-strong singalong featuring the renowned 黄長俊 Jeff Ng at Nexus! The energy was absolutely electric, a true testament to the power of music bringing people together in joyous harmony. For those who thoroughly enjoyed the experience, mark your calendars – Jeff Ng is slated to return this National Day for another memorable performance!
