Weekdays Night and Weekend Part Time Clinic Assistant

Looking for a responsible and friendly part-time Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Assist male doctors during consultation and procedures (when required).
• Handle and support basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the clinic for a smooth work flow.
• Support medication dispensing and provide patients instructions.

Requirements:

• Able to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays night (7pm -9pm) and Sundays morning (9am -12noon).
• Friendly with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and dialects (Hokkien, Cantonese, etc.) is essential for translation to ensure correct instructions communicated to elderly patients during medicine dispensing.
• This role requires female clinic assistant to chaperone male doctors during consultations, as part of the clinic protocols.
• No experience candidates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
• Prior clinic experience is a plus.
