Warehouseman / Warehouse Assistant(12 months contract)

(1) Perform warehouse operations to ensure compliance with warehouse standard operating procedures

(2) Perform moving of warehouse cargo and items for effective utilisation of warehouse space

(3) Perform warehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain) techniques

(4) Identify operational shortfall, maintenance, or repair needs

(5) Report warehousing issues in a timely manner (such as stock discrepancy, etc)

(6) Report and replenish low operating supplies

(7) Perform accurate picking of delivery orders and transfer orders

(8) Label, pack goods and provide packing list for export shipments

(9) Prepare inventory report(s) and participate in scheduled stock count

(10) Perform periodic cycle count

(11) Investigate and report stock variance to Manager in a timely manner

(12) Perform workplace safety and health activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements

(13) Update transactions/stock movements in SAP

(14) Support any ad-hoc duties assigned within reason

Requirements

· At least GCE"N" Level or equivalent

· Must have minimum one year of hands-on experience in the warehousing operations

· Has a valid forklift license and reach truck driving experience

· Basic computer and MS Office skills

· SAP experience is an advantage but training will be provided

· Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Willing to learn and able to multi-task

· Able to work together with others in organisation to achieve shared objectives
