Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The role as Support Engineer functions as Level 1 and 2 Support for Applications, Hardware and related processes in the IT Department for group operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide 1st level IT technical support to end-users.
Assist end users to resolve 1st level requests related to hardware, software and network issues.
Assist project team in delivery of project tasks.
Ensure meeting users’ expectation by providing efficient and timely support.
Provide regular feedback, updates and recommendations for improvement to Manager.
Ensure compliance with Group and IT policies & procedures at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum ITE or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided.
Possess basic knowledge of Hardware/Software and Operating Systems.
Positive work attitude, reliable and responsible personality.
Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment.
