Oversee the daily operations, including food preparation workflow and service quality

Handle shop opening and closing, including sales reconciliation and cash handling
Respond to customer enquiries and feedback in a professional manner
Maintain cleanliness, equipment safety, and overall stall condition
Report operational issues or irregularities to manager
Ability to lead a team and coordinate day-to-day operations effectively
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work night shift or split shift
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed
