Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff
- Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they adhere to our standards of service and quality
- Create work schedules and assign duties to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's performance
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members
- Lead by example by providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work split shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
