Job Description

Responsible for site planning and supervision of work schedule
Updating of daily work status to Planner
Attend daily coordination meeting
Work closely with Planner on planning future activities
Manages the daily activities in an efficient and productive manner
Monitors the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates.
Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or whenever necessary
Strictly enforce company and government-dictated work and safety rules
Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations
Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in sound working order
Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers Ensures adherence to safety policies, procedures and practices
