We are seeking a reliable and motivated Massage Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support massage therapists and staff, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Supervise daily operations of the massage store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards.
- Monitor scheduling of massage appointments and staff shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and hygiene standards throughout the store.
Staff Supervision
- Lead, coach, and support massage therapists and front-desk staff.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Resolve conflicts and promote a positive team environment.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist clients; handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and implement customer loyalty or membership programs.
Sales and Reporting
- Assist in achieving sales targets, upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Track inventory of supplies, massage oils, and retail products.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, bookings, and customer feedback.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle emergencies or incidents with proper protocol.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in wellness, spa, or retail environments.
