Social Worker for JSS at Buangkok

About the Role

- Conduct intake interview processes, assessment and intervention plan for rental flats residents

- Provide counselling support, group and community work

- Manage conflicts, needs, and concerns of residents

- Assist residents to achieve independent and responsible living through employment, financial schemes and equip them with relevant skills

- Prepared to work at least 1 night duty per week till 9pm

Technical Competencies:

- Working knowledge of counselling

- Plan and execute group work programs

- Ability to engage collaboratively with other Government Agencies and VWOs to meet client’s needs

Core Competencies:

- Team player

- Communication and inter personal social skills

- Passion for social work in community environment

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

- Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work preferred
