Service Technical Support Engineer (Busway)

· Provide technical support for busbar systems, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to busbar products, components, and systems.

· Offer on-site or remote assistance to customers for the proper setup and maintenance of busbar systems.

· Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including RCA reports, manuals, and procedures for customers.

· Ensure all busbar systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

· Support other functional teams (Sales, Product, Projects) with technical expertise, including product recommendations and feasibility studies.

· Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.

· Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback and assist with product development and improvements.

· Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to identify spare parts p/n and ensure timely delivery and support of spare parts.

· Provide training to service operation engineers, customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of busbar systems.

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and technological advancements related to busbar systems.
