Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, assist in implementing of HR policies, HR initiative and employee compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture. The responsibilities include but not limited to the following: -

  • Assists the HR Manager in leading the HR department and implementing HR strategies.
  • Assist to oversee the entire recruitment cycle, administer recruitment drives, execute the Employer Value Proposition, onboarding processes.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of the EVP implementation and make necessary adjustments to enhance its impact and perception.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Supports the development and Implementation of the Performance Appraisal Exercise.
  • Assist in succession planning and career development strategies.
  • Compensation & benefits administration as per organization’s policy.
  • Regulatory filing and follow up for workmen’s compensation/ MOM surveys matters.
  • Quarterly report on market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
  • Assist in developing and identifying training and development needs for employees.
  • Liaise with MOM and relevant government bodies.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly HR report when required
  • Assist in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Support HR digitalization efforts and process improvements.
  • Any other HR and General Administrative duties as assigned by HR Manager

Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Has the ability to multi-task and complete tasks within deadlines. A pro-active team player and a “Can Do” attitude would be critical.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR-related government regulatory act and HR best practices.
  • IHRP Certified Preferred
  • Qualified candidate may be considered for Assistant HR Manager role.
