Senior / Engineer (Technical Support), Rail Facilities Management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Rail Facilities Management department’s (RFM) new Rail Financing Framework (NRFF) Renewal / Enhancement, funding and disposal processes / procedures.
• Digitalize maintenance tracking, operations reporting.
• Tabulate relevant data to aid system performance review and conditional maintenance.
• Develop and manage contractor audit plan with department engineers in charge to ensure contractors provide quality service.
• Assist in departmental budget preparation, monthly accrual, and expenditure/budget analysis.
• Prepare departmental Operation & Maintenance report and slides for monthly divisional meeting by management.
• Act as custodian for engineering systems that are under Rail Facilities Management’s purview, e.g. Rail Corrective Maintenance System (RCMS), Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

• A recognized degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, building services, facilities management
• Preferably more than 4 years of relevant experience in building and/or building services maintenance management
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• A team player, Self-motivated and resourceful, responsible and dependable
