Remuneration Package: S$ 5,000 + Mobile Allowance + Site Allowance +Variable Bonus
Working Location: West Region (Tengah Area)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop tender drawings, including layout plans, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Review design drawings and specifications provided by consultants for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical support to the project team using relevant design and drafting software.
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on contract documents, specifications, and approved submittals.
- Coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services using AutoCAD and Navisworks platforms.
- Prepare and submit shop & installation drawings based on coordinated models for site execution.
- Create Revit models and develop custom Revit families as required.
- Participate in CAD and BIM coordination meetings to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Ensure all drawings are completed on time, in accordance with specifications, and meet required quality standards.
- Generate working drawings to support on-site installation activities.
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on actual site installation and obtain client approval.
- Assist in managing drafting teams and maintain comprehensive records of all project drawings.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manual drawings as part of project handover documentation.
- Maintain and organize all project drawings and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences as a Building Drafter
- Candidates with a BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM certification is an added advantage
