Working Hours : 5 Days (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm)
Remuneration Package :
- Basic up to S$ 8,000
- Variable Bonus (~3 months)

Job Description :
- Develop credit control policies to reduce risk.
- Assess customer creditworthiness and monitor overdue accounts.
- Oversee timely collections and resolve discrepancies with finance.
- Lead and mentor the credit control team, setting performance metrics and providing training.
- Build relationships to manage payment issues and resolve disputes promptly.
- Provide regular collections reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and adjust strategies to manage risks.
- Align credit control efforts with sales and finance teams to meet business goals.
Job Requirements :
- At least a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in auto finance, factoring, unsecured lending, and property-backed loans.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit control and collections management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of credit management principles, financial analysis, collection techniques and legal compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
