Senior Admin Executive

Hiring: Senior / Admin Executive (Admission & Operations Department)

Location: Kovan Campus (walking distance from Kovan MRT)

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm, one Saturday per month 9am-1pm

Salary range: $2800 to $3300 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

1. To act as a liaison for the Admission Team and communicate with the Directors / Head of Department / parents for student admission matters

2. To assist in the day-to-day operations of the Admission team and ensure compliance with EduTrust procedures

3. Assist in handling agents' matters

4. Assist in preparation of agents' contracts etc

5. Assist in preparation of orientation documentations

6. Updating of information to database

7. Handling of University applications

8. Handling and managing student pass matters

9. Monitoring of course applications and admission process and submit weekly monitoring report to Management

10. Provide admin support to other key functions

11. Ensure all administrative works are carried out according to EduTrust Procedures

12. To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies and procedures

13. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills (required to communicate with Directors/HODs/parents)

2. Good command in spoken and written English

3. Strong follow-up skills

4. Neat and meticulous

5. Ability to meet deadlines
