Job Description:
π Location: Edgefield Secondary School, 36 Punggol Field, Singapore 828814
π Contract Period:
- Primary: 1 June 2025 β 31 May 2026
- Optional Extension: 1 June 2026 β 31 May 2027 (at the Authorityβs discretion).

Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays:
7:15 AM β 4:45 PM, or
8:30 AM β 6:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break).
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
π Scope of Services:
- Customer Engagement:
π₯ Attend to student and staff queries.
πββοΈ Engage customers (students, parents, visitors, vendors) with quality service.
- Communication Management:
π Answer incoming calls and redirect as needed; take messages.
π Receive, log, and distribute letters and packages.
- Administrative Support:
π Maintain records of school-issued letters to parents.
π
Keep updated schedules, directories, and event calendars.
βοΈ Monitor and manage stationery inventory.
π¦ Provide logistical support for school events.
- Student Monitoring:
π Record and communicate early release arrangements.
- Additional Duties:
π― Assist with tasks assigned by School Management.
π Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Proficiency:
π Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
π» Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
π¨ Ability to operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines).
- Multitasking:
π Handle queries from multiple channels (phone, email, walk-ins).
- Communication:
π£ Confidently communicate in English.
πΌ Experience:
- π€ Prior customer service experience managing queries from diverse channels.
- π« Experience in a school environment is an advantage.
