Sales Representative

Job Description:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues;
2. Prepare quotations, includes negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth;
3. Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities;
4. Manage the sales order process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that may arise;
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall revenue growth; and
6. Any other sales-related duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• N-Level or equivalent
• Team player yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and positive attitude
• Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Experience in Business Central system will be an advantage
