Sales Manager

JOB SCOPE & JOB REQUIREMENT

• Represent Eura to increase market awareness of Eura's products and services
• Delivers on all performance measures consistently-sales and margin the quality of the sale, (additional items, customer data capture, types of products sold)
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Sales Teams of any problems that may arise
• Understand the business climate, competitive environment, and develop sales stractegy
• Foster and facilitate a collaborative team environment
• Prospect and close business within a targeted list
• Achieve quarterly revenue goals

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Willing to travel to construction sites and carrying product samples to clients
• Possess own vehicle
• More than 5 years of sales experience, preferably in-built environment and tiling trade
• Excellent communication skills and highly effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire confidence and provide business development leadership throughout the company
