We are a second-generation wellness and interiors brand, rooted in craftsmanship and intentional living. As we expand our e-commerce and direct sales channels, we are looking for a Sales Executive based in Singapore to drive revenue growth by closing inbound enquiries and actively sourcing new sales opportunities.
Your main responsibility is to close sales by turning every lead into a client while also finding additional ways to grow revenue, whether through outbound outreach, partnerships, or creative channel development.
You will be supported by our operations and customer success teams for non-sales tasks, so your full energy can be focused on selling, building relationships, and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Close all incoming leads from WhatsApp, email, showroom walk-ins, phone calls, and CRM.
- Qualify leads quickly, send quotations promptly, and follow up consistently using structured methods.
- Update CRM daily with client statuses, action steps, and meeting/call notes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Develop new sales opportunities through:
Outbound prospecting
Exploring partnerships
Identifying new sales channels
- Coordinate with the Operations Team after sale closure for smooth delivery and client experience (handover only, no ops handling) & ensure Marketing Team is updated with information that is necessary for their campaigns.
- Represent the brand’s story and values authentically in all client conversations.
- Must be able to present sales reports accurately at meetings.
KPIs
- Monthly sales target achievement.
- CRM activity updates within 24 hours.
- Timely quotation issuance of a qualified enquiry.
- Follow-up cadence adherence: 7–10 touchpoints per lead as per sales SOP.
- New sales channel/opportunity generation (monthly goal).

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in engaging & consultative communication, CRM systems, and basic quotation handling.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Bonus if you have experience in interiors, lifestyle, wellness, or niche product sales (not required).
