Resident Technical Officer

Location: Changi Terminal 5 Advance work project

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Liaison with main contractors, architects, and engineers for the approval of shop drawings and resolution of site issues.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of rectification works and quality of materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in BTO projects.
• Registered RTO with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES), or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) is preferred.
• Relevant experience in site supervision and project management.
• Preferred candidate with Safety certification
