Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Project Coordinator to assist our clients in handling various business-related applications and renovation approvals. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end processes involving agencies like SFA, URA, SCDF, and HDB.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate business permit and renovation approval applications
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies
• Assist with document preparation (e.g., floor plans, tenancy agreements)
• Monitor submission timelines and follow up on approvals
• Provide project and admin support throughout the process

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management or similar
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to read floor plans is a plus
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
