Job Description

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation
Responsible to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation
Responsible for taking off quantity for both tender & ongoing projects
Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports
Responsible for maintenance of proper documentation
To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters.
Other Quantity Surveyor duties as assigned
