QA Manager

Responsibilities:

1)Ensure quality issues are addressed on time & review for closure.

2) Implement quality initiatives & maintain/enhance QMS.

3) Liaise with the customer on quality requirements/issues.

4) Manage a team of inspectors performing QC.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical / Materials Engineering with a major in Quality Assurance.

2) Min 5-year experience in a similar capacity.

3) Knowledge Quality Management System (ISO 9001/ 13485 / 14971 / 14000, TS16949).

4) Knowledge of: Medical - FDA / CE, Process Validation; Automotive – VDA, TS 5 Core Tools

5) Knowledge of RoHS/REACH/SVHC

6) Knowledge of metrology. Able to interpret ANSI Y14.5M and ISO 1101

7) Practical knowledge of 6 sigma methodologies / DOE / Minitab

8) Experience in CQE and liaising with regulators. .

9) Sound knowledge of SPC, IPQC, QC Tools, CAPA.
