  1. Quality Assurance to customers
  2. CAR/RMA/Purge/Rework coodination between customers and internal teams
  3. ISO/SMO/COC audit compliance and coordination
  4. Lead and train QC inspectors on test procedures
  5. Introduce/improvise work procedures
  6. Analysis of problem root cause and problem solving
  7. Meetings at customers' site
